It sure has been a while and I do apologize for that. I've been a little caught up with life and enjoying it. School is going well. It's almost the end of the fall semester, which means it's almost time for me to prepare for transferring. Hopefully I'll be transferring to Pratt Institute by the fall semester of 2011. Thanksgiving is almost here! Sometimes I feel like this is my favorite time of year. I'm not too sure how I'm feeling about it for 2010. We're going skiing in Vermont for the holiday. I'll be leaving this upcoming Wednesday and returning Sunday. Although I'm bringing two of my closest friends, I'm going to miss my boyfriend... But thank goodness for cell phones and iChat. The weather is finally getting a little colder and I just can't wait for winter break. I'm anxious to not have to worry about waking up early in the morning and just being able to come and go as I please, without needing to focus on assignments. I do plan on taking courses during winter session, but they don't begin until after New Year's, which is good enough of a break for me. I'll take whatever I can get at this point. Tomorrow I'm planning on finally keeping the promises I've made and baking two batches of cupcakes with my good friend Samantha - Vanilla bean cupcakes + Nutella cupcakes. Hopefully I remember to document how I make at least one batch of them for an upcoming post. Also, for Thanksgiving, I plan on making apple spice cupcakes, since I found the most amazing recipe. I know I have a lot of catching up to do when it comes to my blog and I'm trying my best! I actually attempted to film a "Favorites of November" vlog, but my camera died mid-video. I'll grab some batteries and finish it up tomorrow. Hopefully I can post it up before heading to Vermont. Well, I guess that's all for now. I hope everything is going great for all of you guys! I also want to thank my followers for sticking around and being so loyal, although I haven't been posting as frequently as I once did. I promise to stop slacking off! Just bear with me.
