LONG WALKS, LONG TALKS, LONG LOVE.

Fall is here... But much warmer than usual.

Just wanted to show you guys how he takes over my phone/Twitter.
Don't be fooled.
Finally got to walk across the Williamsburg Bridge.
All thanks to boyfriend, I'm lucky.

(Lol @ how we kept violating this... Thing.)

Yesterday was sweet. I met up with boyfriend and we walked all over creation. Through Brooklyn, over the Williamsburg Bridge into the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The weather was warmer than usual for an October day, so we took advantage. I've been anticipating this walk across the bridge for a while. I thought that I'd have to wait until next Spring/Summer, but since it's been a super warm Fall, he proposed the idea. Following the trek across the bridge, we sat down for some Mexican food. You all know how I feel about Mexican food... No need for me to say more. Afterwards we just bar hopped and hit up a few spots, finally ending the night back in Brooklyn, again. I'm still recovering from last night, so excuse me while I recuperate. Hope you're all enjoying the Fall season.
XO.

A chilly night out.
These were actually last week, but I'm just throwing them in here because I can.
Me 3x.
Japanese for lunch @ Savories with my momma + her friends.
(This was somewhere upstate, so I'm sorry for not knowing the exact address!)
Deep fried chicken.
Seaweed salad.
Miso soup.
Stir-fry Japanese vegetables with chicken.
Eel.

Sorry for the brief hiatus.
I've been spending my time memorizing millions of paintings,
watching Frida, checking out country houses with my mom and snuggling.
Hope all is well, babydolls.

Hey babydolls... It's been a while since I've done a "catch up" post. I thought it would be appropriate being that school has started and it's a brand new season. Life is going well. School is okay. I'm taking four classes; three of which are art history and the other is an environmental science. I'm pretty happy with the workload I have to deal with. It isn't too much. Just enough to keep me on top of things. It is a lot of at home reading, though and for me, that makes it easy to fall behind. Aside from the school, I'm glad the weather has cooled down. It finally feels like fall. I've been having a lot of fun and I have to admit, I'm feeling exceptionally loved. The best part about it is that I feel that way literally all the time. It's a new feeling for me, but I'm thoroughly enjoying and appreciating it. My mom and I have been discussing our next mother-daughter trip and I'm hoping (and thinking) that it might be Paris. We're taking a 2 week family vacation to Italy next August. That'll be major, but until then we're looking for something a little quicker for us to enjoy. Any suggestions? I'd really love to do India, just her and I, but I'm not sure if it's the right time to visit there. I'm sure we'll figure something out. We're even considering taking a small road trip next weekend. Maybe we can visit somewhere nearby, just to check out some new museums or something. I'm newly obsessed with Honest Tea's half tea/half lemonade and Essie's "Little Brown Dress". They're completing my fall season. I'm not sure what's happening for Halloween, but I hope I can figure out something fun and memorable to do. So glad there's no classes on Monday. I've been indulging in all the sleep I can get. I feel like I haven't baked in ages. Well, I haven't baked an intricate batch of cupcakes, since last August. It's just been too hot. Since the weather has cooled down lately, I'm looking forward to possibly baking a batch this weekend. There are a few new recipes I'd love to try out and one is for Nutella cupcakes - You just can't go wrong with those, I'm sure. I'll keep you guys posted. Any recipes or recipe sites you'd like to recommend me? I'd greatly appreciate it. How have you all been? I hope everything is going great for everybody. Stay well and beautiful, XO.
