Hi guys! Sorry for the mini breaks I've been taking lately. I didn't plan for this post to be strictly photos, but my haul from Spain is going to have to be posted in due time. I'm also planning on filming a "Fave Products for August/September" this week, since I missed out on August's favorite products vlog because I was in Madrid. Anyways, school started this week and I'm pretty content with all of my classes. I'm taking Modern Art I: 1880 to 1945, Modern Art II: 1945 to the Present Day, Ancient Art: Prehistoric to the 1400's and Biology: People and the Environment. I have a passion for the topics of all of my classes, so I really don't mind the workload or anything of that nature. My schedule is pretty decent, I just have to get back into the groove of waking up early. Aside from school, everything is great. I'm enjoying life and this comfortable weather. I'm just adjusting to being back from Madrid and focusing on my schoolwork, while also still making time for my loved ones and having a good time. I'm pretty exhausted, so I don't really have much to talk about. I hope everything is going well for everybody. The next post will be a vlog, I promise. Thanks for reading, loves. Stay sweet.

Madrid was amazing! We even left the city of Madrid for a day and visited the town of Toledo. The whole trip was beautiful. The food is delicious and the architecture is amazing. We stayed at the Hotel Urban, which was walking distance from everything. The museums completed my life. We visited the Prado, the Thyssen-Bornemisza and the Reina Sofia. The Prado holds the most precious works of Goya and Velazquez from The Naked Maja to the Las Meninas - It was so overwhelming and surreal. The Thyssen-Bornemisza has a nice collection of modern works all the way to pre-Renaissance from El Greco to Rafael to Picasso. The Reina Sofia is like the MoMA of Madrid. They held mostly modern contemporary pieces, but had a beautiful collection that contained a major amount of Picasso and Dali works. The first few days were spent visiting museums, sightseeing, riding the tour buses and eating at the local tapas bars. We saw a Flamenco show at Casa Patas. To top it off, we also did some major shopping. The Zara there is far cheaper than the Zara in NYC and I found a store similar to Forever 21 called Blanco. I left with clothes, shoes and sweets, souvenirs. I even bought some soap from a store similar to LUSH. We bought so much stuff that we had to pay extra in the airport to get everything we had with us back home! But it was well worth it. This trip was breathtaking and I'm super appreciative to my mom for giving me the opportunities that she has. I can't wait until the next trip! I'm even looking into studying abroad for next year. I had THE perfect time of my life in Madrid. If you can visit, I'd highly recommend it! Hope you all enjoyed this post, thanks for reading. XO.
